How do I make a top-up via PayNow QR?

To top up via PayNow QR, you would only need to submit an online application and make payment by scanning the PayNow QR code with your PayNow participating bank’s app. It is important that you do this before the QR code expires at the end of the day. Once the QR code expires, you would need to submit a new application which would come with a new QR code.

You can watch the instructional video in your preferred language on how to make a top-up via PayNow QR.

For POSB/DBS bank account holders, please refer to the top-up steps using Digibank.

The QR code will expire at the end of the day that you submit your top-up application. Your application will be automatically rejected if payment is not received by then. Upon expiry of the QR code, you will need to submit another online application if you would like to continue with the cash top-up, and make payment via the new QR code generated at the end of the application.
