Why do I still need to declare my income to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)/ CPF Board when I have already done so on Contribute-As-You-Earn (CAYE) digital services?

The revenue and expenses information on the Contribute-As-You-Earn (CAYE) digital services is an estimate of your business outlook for the year and used only to compute your CAYE contribution rate. It is not a declaration of your actual Net Trade Income (NTI) and you are still required to declare your actual NTI in the following year to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) / CPF Board to compute your mandatory MediSave payable.
