Why am I unable to view the Notification Messages after closing it?

After closing the Notification Message via the ‘x’ on the top right corner of the Message, it is collapsed at the top right corner of the Account Balances section in a “Show Notifications” button. To view the message again, click on this button and the “Notification Message” section will expand again.
