My mobile number/email address is outdated. How can I update my records in Singpass?

To update your mobile number/email address with Singpass, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to the Singpass website
  2. Select ‘Menu’ > ‘Update profile’ (under the ‘My Account’ tab) and follow the instructions on the website to complete the updating of your mobile number/email address

Please ensure that you have access to your mobile phone/email as a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your updated mobile number/email address for verification.
