What information do I need to provide when I report a wrongdoing?

We have outlined the key information to provide when you report a wrongdoing by following the 4Es:

1.       Elaboration of the wrongdoing: Describe the nature of the wrongdoing. Include when and where it occurred, who was involved, whether any money or assets are involved.

2.       Evidence: Provide any evidence you may have, such as photographs and emails, that support your claims of wrongdoing.

3.       Eyewitnesses: If there are witnesses to the wrongdoing, provide their names and contact information so that they can be contacted for further information.

4.       Essential contacts and your identity: Providing your identity and contact information will allow us to verify your claims and follow up on any additional information if required. Reports made anonymously may lack credibility and hinder follow-ups.

Please be assured that all reports will be treated with confidence and every effort will be made to ensure that confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.
