How does CPF Board appreciate volunteers under the Community Paying it Forward movement?

Through our CPF Volunteering (CPFV) mobile app, volunteers can enjoy a gamified experience and gauge the impact of their sharing through fun elements to understand how this act of “Paying it Forward” has helped members in their retirement planning. Besides badges and titles upon completion of tasks and missions, they are also rewarded with in-app points, that can then be redeemed for digital accessories to customise their avatars.

We are deeply appreciative of these extraordinary individuals who have stepped forward to help fellow CPF members be better prepared for their retirement. Apart from an annual appreciation event, we will also extend thank-you emails to those who have been exceptional in touching the lives of CPF members under this movement.

To encourage our volunteers to do more in spreading kindness and spurring more Singaporeans to take actions to plan for their retirement, our volunteers are also entitled to CPFV seasonal event prizes and benefits from our corporate partners, such as Resorts World Sentosa, Shopee, ComfortDelGro Taxi, Ya Kun, Lazada, NTUC Income and MoneyOwl, an NTUC Social Enterprise.

Additionally, we also aim to host regular learning workshops with our senior advisor and engagement sessions amongst the volunteers. Participants who opt to attend the learning workshops can enhance their knowledge regarding CPF’s schemes and policies. During the sessions, they may also ask and clarify any doubts they have. Volunteers may register for the engagement sessions to become familiar with a larger community of like-minded individuals.
