What should I do if I encounter problems with the online nomination service?

If you are encountering problems, you can troubleshoot most errors by performing the following steps:

  1. Avoid copy-pasting the details from another program or app as there might be hidden characters that might get copied. Key in the nominee’s particulars directly instead.
  2. If you are using an iOS device (such as iPhone or iPad), disable the “Smart Punctuation” feature in iOS (iOS device Settings > General > Keyboard > Turn off Smart Punctuation). This feature might create unrecognisable characters in the application form.
  3. Avoid opening multiple browser tabs. Use only one browser tab and clear your browser cache.
  4. Consider using a different device to submit your nomination if submission via your original device is still unsuccessful.
