What information will be disclosed to the authorised person(s) when I pass away?

The following information will be disclosed upon the request of the authorised person(s):

Names of your nominees and their relationship to you;
The proportion of your CPF savings that each nominee will receive;
Names of your witnesses and their relationship to you; and
Your CPF balances and transactions, in and after the year of your death.
