If my nominee is a bankrupt, can he still claim my CPF savings?

If your nominee was or is an undischarged bankrupt, we are legally obliged to inform the Official Assignee (OA) and transfer the nominated monies to the OA upon his instructions. This is by virtue of the laws in Singapore relating to bankruptcy which vest the property of a bankrupt in the OA upon the making of a bankruptcy order.
