If you are using an iOS device (such as iPhone or iPad) to submit your nomination, the “Smart Punctuation” feature in iOS may prevent you from submitting your nomination. You can disable the feature by performing the following steps on your device: Settings > General > Keyboard > Turn off Smart Punctuation.
