What if a non-Singapore Citizen or non-Permanent Resident with a CPF account has passed away before he had closed his account and transferred all his CPF savings?

The next of kin will have to inform CPF Board of his passing with the original death certificate. Thereafter, the deceased’s remaining savings will be distributed to his beneficiaries, depending on whether he had made a valid CPF nomination before his passing.
