Do I have to refund the sale proceeds when I sell my property after my CPF account is closed?

Yes, you have to refund your CPF principal amount withdrawn with accrued interest or amount you have pledged to refund if you have not transferred your CPF savings to your bank account upon renunciation, by the time you sell your property.
