For personal bank account, the approval takes only minutes.
For corporate bank account, the approver must approve the eGIRO request within the bank’s internet banking portal within 48 hours before the application expires.

*Request to terminate Direct Debit arrangement will be processed if there is no Direct Debit payment due for deduction (i.e. no pending deductions). Otherwise, processing can only commence two working days after deduction date. Alternatively, you may terminate your Direct Debit arrangement with your bank directly and inform the Board by writing to us.
