How do I apply for Direct Debit to pay my company's CPF contributions?

You can apply for Direct Debit to pay your company's CPF contribution:

If you have a bank account with any of the eGIRO participating banks, you should apply for DDA online. The processing takes only minutes. If you are using a corporate bank account, your approver must approve the eGIRO request within your bank’s internet banking portal within 48 hours before the application expires. We’ll notify you once your application is processed.


To apply for DDA online, follow the following steps:

1.        Login with your Singpass

2.       Specify your designated bank for the payment through the online application.

3.       Login to your bank’s internet banking portal, select the bank account and approve the eGIRO request.

4.       You will receive a notification when your application is successful.

If you do not have a bank account with any of the eGIRO participating banks, please complete the "Direct Debit Authorisation" (Form DDA (BIZ)) (PDF, 0.5MB) application form and send it back to the mailing address found on the form. 


Please post the completed form to us for processing as the bank requires the signature in ink for verification. Once we have received your DDA application, we will forward it to your bank for processing. The bank takes up to 21 working days to process your DDA.


The Board will notify you of the DDA arrangement upon approval from the bank.


While your DDA application is being processed, you may use any of the following submission modes and pay CPF contributions:
