How do I know if I have completed my CPF submission?
Once you have completed your submission, you will see an acknowledgement page called “CPF EZPay Acknowledgment”. You can view or save this page by clicking on the printer icon which you will be prompted to download a PDF. You will not be able to save or print this acknowledgment page if you closed your internet browser.
You will also receive an email acknowledgement if your email address is registered in CPF EZPay. To add or amend the email address registered for EZPay, your Administrator for CPF EZPay can perform the following steps:
- Log in to CPF EZPay
- At Manage Records & Particulars, select View / Update Particulars.
- Select Amend to make changes to email address and contact information.
- Select Save changes.
- Log out and log in again for the changes to take effect immediately.
