How do I update my employee database on CPF EZPay?

Please login to CPF EZPay to update your Employee Database. If the employee has left the company and no more CPF contribution is payable to him/her, please tick the checkbox beside the employee record and select Delete Employee Record to delete this employee from the database.

If you are still required to pay CPF for this employee, please perform the following steps:

  1. Select Detail button corresponding to the employee record and Key/Update Staff Information screen will pop-up.
  2. Indicate the Employment Status for that employee as Left and indicate the date employee left at the Date Left Employment column.
  3. Once the employee record has been updated, please select Save Changes. A confirmation message "Employee Database saved successfully" will be displayed.
  4. You can delete this employee from the database in the following month’s submission. 

If your company no longer have any employees or ceased operations, please notify us immediately through Write-To-Us to avoid incurring late payment interest and composition amount.
