How do I import my employee’s details in CPF EZPay if I’m using Microsoft Excel?

Please follow these steps when importing your employees’ details from Microsoft Excel Template File for submission via CPF EZPay:

  1. Log in to CPF EZPay 
  2. Select For UEN-registered entities or For individuals trading under own name and log in with your Singpass.
  3. Key in your CPF Submission Number (CSN).
  4. At Submit Contribution, select CPF EZPay.
  5. At Contribution Details For, key in the Month and Year.
  6. Select Submit via Employee Database and select Continue.
  7. Select Import Employee Details.
  8. Select Import from MS Excel Template file.
  9. Click on Choose File to select the file which you wish to import. 
  10. Next, select Import File and you will be directed to Preview of Imported Records. Select Confirm & Save
  11. A pop-up message "Importing this file will replace ALL employee details in your Employee Database. Do you want to continue" will be displayed.
  12. Select OK and you will be directed to the Update Employee Database Page
  13. The confirmation message "File imported successfully. Please update the field "PR Start Date" for all your Permanent Resident employees" will be displayed on the same page. Please ensure that you have keyed in the PR Start Date for any Singapore Permanent Resident employees to ensure correct auto-computation of CPF contributions.
Note: To understand the fields inside the sample template, please click on the info icon help icon. Please fill up all the mandatory fields marked with "*" in our sample template and ensure that your file is saved as a .csv file. You may also cut and paste details from your payroll MS Excel file into our .csv template. To do so, please click on Download Sample Template to download our template, and copy the employee details from your existing spreadsheet into our template.
