What will be the applicable Contribute-As-You-Earn (CAYE) contribution rate used?

Both the bank and online submission modes will use the Contribute-As-You-Earn (CAYE) contribution rate applicable as at the date of submission for consistency.  If the self-employed person logs in to the CAYE digital services to update his CAYE contribution rate, the rate will only be effective the next day.

Corporate service buyers using the online submission mode are to log in to the CAYE digital services to determine the CAYE contributions only when they are ready to transmit the service fee.
