What happens if the corporate service buyer provided an invalid NRIC for crediting of the Contribute-As-You-Earn (CAYE) contributions?

Under Contribute-As-You-Earn, if the NRIC provided is invalid, you will be prompted to amend the NRIC if you are using the online submission mode. If you are using the bank mode, you’ll automatically receive a refund for that record.

If the NRIC provided is valid, but not tied to any individual, CPF Board will contact you to submit a refund request.
