Beware of scam calls and scam messages impersonating as CPF officers asking for your personal details. Ignore them and do not share your Singpass ID/password or banking details with anyone. CPF officers will NOT ask for your Singpass, banking userid or password.

How do I know if my reimbursement submission via E-File is successful?

You can check the status of your submission via the below reports, by logging in to our Internet Reimbursement service using your Singpass:  

Report Title You will receive the reports by
Successful 5th working day after submission
Unsuccessful (After deduction)
Unsucessful (Before deduction) Next working day after submission

Please note:

  • No reports will be generated if the submission file is not submitted successfully. 
  • Submissions on weekends will be considered to have been submitted on the following Monday.
  • The daily cut-off time for reimbursement submissions is at 5.30pm on each working day. If you send in your submission after the cut-off time, it will be considered to have been submitted on the next working day.
