Who is eligible for the Drive and Save (DAS) Scheme?

Under the Drive and Save (DAS) Scheme, all taxi principal hirers who make regular contributions1 to their MediSave Account are eligible to receive co-contributions from participating taxi operators. Only contributions that can be used to offset MediSave payable are eligible for DAS co-contributions.

If taxi principal hirers have outstanding MediSave payable, they may be eligible for DAS co-contributions from participating taxi operators if they make full payment or be on a monthly GIRO instalment plan of at least $20 for their MediSave payable.

If taxi principal hirers do not have outstanding MediSave payable, they may be eligible for DAS co-contributions from participating taxi operators if they pre-pay their future MediSave payable by contributing at least $20 to their MediSave Account.

1  Taxi principal hirers may make payment for their MediSave payable via Manage your MediSave payable or GIRO.
