You can make, view, change or cancel your appointment to see our Customer Service Executives at any CPF Service Centres.

  • This form may take you 15 minutes to complete.
  • You will need a valid NRIC/CPF Account Number to make an Appointment.
  • Please book your Appointment at least one working day in advance.
  • Please change or cancel your appointment if you cannot make it for the appointment.
  • Please note that each appointment slot is for one customer only.
  • The Appointment is created/changed/cancelled instantly upon completing the form.

1. Welcome to Appointment@CPF ("System"), a service brought to you by the Central Provident Fund Board("CPFB"). This System is owned and maintained by the CPFB.

2. The System is available for use 24/7.

3. CPFB reserves the right to shut down the System for system maintenance as and when necessary. CPFB shall take reasonable steps to notify the customer of the system unavailabilty by posting a message broadcast on the CPFB Website.
