  • You will need to provide a valid identification number (For CPF members, NRIC/CPF Account Number and for non-CPF members, FIN/Foreign Passport Number) and contact number to make an appointment.
  • Appointment slots are subject to availability.
  • Please note that we can only serve one customer per appointment slot.
  • The appointment is created/changed/cancelled instantly upon completing the form.
  • Please change or cancel your appointment if you cannot make it for the appointment.

1. Welcome to Appointment@CPF ("System"), a service brought to you by the Central Provident Fund Board("CPFB"). This System is owned and maintained by the CPFB.

2. The System is available for use 24/7.

3. CPFB reserves the right to shut down the System for system maintenance as and when necessary. CPFB shall take reasonable steps to notify the customer of the system unavailability by posting a message broadcast on the CPFB Website.
