Counter services at CPF Service Centres are available by appointments only. You can use Appointment@CPF to make, view, change or cancel your appointment to see our Customer Service Executives at any CPF Service Centre. For an earlier appointment slot, please book your appointment on a weekday instead of a Saturday. We may contact you prior to your appointment to resolve your queries over the phone and guide you to perform your transactions online.

Please note that services for Employers and Self-Employed matters are only available through our digital services, hotline or Write to us.

  • You will need to provide a valid identification number (NRIC or CPF Account Number for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents; Foreign Identification Number(FIN) or Passport Number for Foreigners) and contact number to make an appointment.
