If you have enquiries relating to your CPF account, please write to us via My Mailbox. You will receive personalised replies which may contain your confidential information.

For non-confidential matters, use the online email below. This online email takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. All fields marked with * are mandatory.

Please give us your email so that we can respond to you more quickly. Otherwise, it may take up to a month for you to receive a hardcopy reply.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, we seek your understanding that we may take longer than usual to respond to you.
