To serve CPF members better, we are piloting a new email CPF Contribution Alert service, to inform you when your monthly CPF contributions are credited. You are provided the link to this page for more information on this notification service as you have been selected to participate in this pilot. Your employer is required to pay your CPF contributions promptly and correctly so you can meet your housing, healthcare and retirement needs. The due date for CPF contributions is on the last day of the calendar month. With the notification, you can conveniently verify that the wages declared by your employer and your CPF contributions are correct. Should there be any discrepancy, please approach your supervisor or company’s HR department for an explanation immediately.
Important information on the CPF Contribution Alert: The due date for CPF contributions is on the last day of the calendar month. Enforcement action may be taken against employers who fail to pay by the 14th of the following month (or the next working day if the 14th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday). Depending on the mode of submission which your employer used to make your CPF contributions, it may take three to seven working days to credit the amount to your CPF account. If multiple employers are contributing CPF for you, you will receive separate notifications for each payment credited. Email notifications will only be sent for the current month's CPF contributions, that is, email notifications for CPF contributions due this month will be sent to you if the CPF contributions have been credited by the end of the following month. For example, you will receive email notifications for CPF contributions for the month of October 2020 if they are credited between 1 October 2020 and 30 November 2020.
