What attracted you to join CPFB? </strong> <br>I had a prior stint at the Ministry of Manpower where I had the opportunity to work on CPF issues. I found it very interesting. So joining CPFB was naturally something that I considered. </p><p> <strong>2. Give us an overview of what you do and what you find meaningful about your work. </strong> <br>I guide my team to develop and refine policies relating to retirement, housing and healthcare financing to benefit Singaporeans. We do our best to ensure that the CPF meets the needs of Singaporeans. The work is often fast-paced and it's always heartening to see the team working together and rising to meet the challenges along the way. </p><p> <strong>3. What challenges do you face at work, and how do you overcome them? </strong> <br>Just about everyone has a view on what should be done with CPF! So one key challenge is deciding what is really in the interest of Singaporeans. This requires us to understand the needs and priorities of Singaporeans. To do so, we try to get as many perspectives as possible, for example, by mining data and getting feedback from the public. Then we put together the picture and use it as a starting point to have informed discussions. </p><p> <strong>4.
