What attracted you to join CPFB? </strong> <br>I was attracted to join CPFB because of the dynamic work environment and the stability it offers. As it is an established government agency, being part of an in-house team of experts helps me develop and grow my technical skills. I feel that it's a win – win situation because as the company progresses, there would also be more opportunities for me to develop my career. </p><p> <strong>2. Give us an overview of what you do and what you find meaningful about your work.</strong><br>I am a Lead Engineer dealing with Infrastructure Services. My work focuses on operations such as providing day-to-day support, engineering, and maintenance of middleware systems where applications such as Employer Submission and MediSave Balance Enquiry are hosted. I often get the exposure to challenging tasks where I can maximise my potential and contribute to the project.</p><p> <strong>3. What challenges do you face at work, and how do you overcome them? </strong> <br>It would have to be time management and responding quickly to situations at work. However, I have learnt to stay focused, prioritise my tasks and also, keep an open mind. This makes me more resilient and positive at work.</p><p> <strong>4. What are some of the career development and learning opportunities you've had? </strong> <br>I have been appointed as an Adjunct Trainer in the School of Technology, under the CPFB Academy. I help new hires to be familiar with the Operations Due Diligence Process for UNIX Platform.</p><p> <strong>5. Can you describe the culture of CPFB? </strong> <br>We work as a TEAM in CPFB – we work together as one, and cross-functional collaboration is encouraged.</p><p> <strong>6.
