Eligibility and Selection Process<p> <img class="img-responsive" alt="Scholarship Image" src="/Assets/members/PublishingImages/Careers/CPF_scholarship_page_header.png" /> </p><p> </p><p>At CPF Board, we offer our scholars the perfect podium to positively impact the lives of Singaporeans. These include conceptualising and reviewing CPF policies so that Singaporeans can accumulate adequate CPF savings for their retirement, housing and healthcare needs.</p><p>You will be working with the Ministries and various departments within CPF Board to review and implement policies that will affect more than 3.7 million CPF members. With a defined career path, you will also have opportunities to be seconded to Ministries and rotated to different departments within CPF Board to gain exposure, giving you an understanding of how the various social security policies are intertwined.</p><p>If you have a strong desire for a meaningful career with CPF Board and the passion to help CPF members meet their retirement needs, apply for our scholarship now!</p><p>We have two types of scholarships:</p><p> <strong>1. </strong> <strong>Eligibility for CPF Board <em>Full-Term</em> Local Undergraduate Scholarship</strong></p><ul><li>Singapore Citizens or PRs on the date of application</li><li>Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE "A" Level, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma or IB Diploma </li><li>Good track record and active participation in CCAs</li><li>Demonstrate strong leadership, good resource management and interpersonal skills etc.</li></ul><p> <strong>2. Eligibility for CPF Board <em>Mid-Term</em> Local Undergraduate Scholarship</strong></p><ul><li>Singapore Citizens or PRs on the date of application</li><li>Current undergraduates with excellent results, on track to graduate with at least Second-Upper Class Honours or equivalent</li><li>Have completed at least 1 academic semester in local university and have not embarked on final year of study at point of application</li><li>Good track record and active participation in CCAs</li><li>Demonstrate strong leadership, good resource management and interpersonal skills etc.</li></ul><p>Candidates who are assessed to be a good fit will be invited to participate in the CPF Board Scholarship interviews. Shortlisted candidates will have to go through the first round of scholarship interview, comprising a written test, interview and presentation where you will discuss issues relevant to our Board. </p><p>Successful candidates will then be invited to attend the Final Panel Scholarship Interview with our Senior Management team.</p><p>Take that first step with us today!
