1.The Forum objective is to encourage members to hold active and open constructive debate.
2.Discussions, regardless of the subject matter, are to be conducted in a lawful and civil manner at all times. You must agree to abide by the Forum terms and conditions before you access the Forum posting pages or submit a forum posting.
3.Please note that you must also abide to the website's Terms of Use.
4.IM$avvy may, in its sole discretion, ban or suspend any User, who violates any of the terms of use, from using this Forum.
5.When using this Forum, you shall not do any of the following:
(a)Post any contents which is unlawful, false, biased, misleading, deceptive, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, hateful, ethnic, racial or otherwise objectionable;
(b)Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to IM$avvy , by way of transmitting any forged or manipulated contents through the use of the Forum.
(c)Forge titles or manipulate other identification information, to disguise the original source of any contents that is transmitted through this Forum.
(d)Post any contents in respect of which you have no right (either proprietary, contractual, or fiduciary) to transmit.
(e)Post any contents that infringe any proprietary rights or intellectual property rights including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright of any party.
(f)Post any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
(g)Interfere with or disrupt the Forum or servers or networks through which the Forum is provided, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks.
(h)Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international regulations, and any legally binding provisions.
6.If you find anyone in violation of the Forum rules, please report the post through the "alert" button at the bottom of each post. IM$avvy will assess the situation and decide on the next course of action whenever necessary. IM$avvy might also refer complaint cases to the relevant authorities required by law where required.
