Hi just want to check, will i get fine if i give up my BTO and how much is the fine?? I have yet to collect the key.

I guess it depends on which stage of the purchase are you at.

Hmm.. how come my fren got fine 18k each by CPF?

It is hard to comment with so little information.

Maybe CPF was taking back what was deducted to pay the downpayment to put back into your fren's account?
