 CPF Housing Grant Eligibility

Hi! Question: as per HDB website (http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10321p.nsf/w/BuyResaleFlatCPFGrantFamily?OpenDocument) on the eligibility of applying for CPF housing grant for first time resale flat, who can we contact if we have further questions or clarifications?

I suppose if the couple owns a commercial property (overseas/in singapore), the couple will still be able to apply for the grant, right? Afterall, the website only states those with PRIVATE property will not be eligible for the grant. But who can confirm this??

Have you tried calling HDB yet? Based on their website - this is the hotline for their resale flat enquiry. Hope this helps.
