I would definitely do something travel related - a travel agency, a backpacker's inn/cafe, or set up a travel online portal for Singaporeans...

What about you?

yeah a lot of blog shops selling clothes and accessories. wonder how lucrative that kind of business is.

My ex-colleague was in it for about a year but as they are holding full time jobs, cannot sustain so end up close shop..

Say I am trained and have worked all my life in the finance industry. But I love to travel. Would it be too far fetch to set up a travel/hospitality related business?

Been there done that... I ended up spending more time educating my clients than closing any sales. =( Maybe I might look into some kind of financial education thingy instead.
