Welcome to CPF e-Helpdesk! To use this service, we may need to download 'e-Helpdesk' into your computer. While CPFB has done its best to test the program:

does not warrant and hereby disclaims any warranty: |

to the accuracy, correctness, reliability, currency, timeliness,
non-infringement, title, merchantability or fitness for any particular
purpose of the e-Helpdesk program and the information, text,
graphics, links or other items contained within the e-Helpdesk
program; and

That the e-Helpdesk program available through this website or
any functions associated therewith will be uninterrupted or error-free,
or that defects will be corrected or that the e-Helpdesk program
is and will be free of all viruses and/or other malicious, destructive
or corrupting code, program or macro.

shall also not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind, howsoever
caused as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of the e-Helpdesk program,
including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of
reliance on or arising out of the use of or inability to use the e-Helpdesk
program, even if CPFB has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability
for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not
apply to you.
