Important Notes:

1. This calculator can calculate Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) waiver for up to the past 2 years. However, application for waiver must be made within 1 year from the end of the month for which the levy has been paid.
2. The levy waiver applicable for each foreign worker under home or vacation leave is capped at 60 calendar days per year. For vacation leave, the leave period must be at least 7 consecutive days to be eligible for waiver.
3. Only one levy rate can be applied for each worker in a month. For a worker with multiple levy rates within the same month, you may wish to call us at 1800-227-1188 for assistance.
4. For termination or cancellation of work permit, the levy payable is up to 1 day before the termination or cancellation date. For expiry of work permit, the levy is payable up to the expiry date itself.
5. Please continue to pay the levy until the waiver is approved. Any excess amount arising from the waiver will be offset against levy payable in future months.
