Life is Not Just About Work.
My Body, My Mind, My Soul

We believe in holistic development, i.e. not just having a successful career but also leading a healthy and meaningful lifestyle.

We advocate work-life harmony and host a series of activities yearly that encourage our staff to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Staff can easily check out myWellness@CPF Board which has a myriad of welfare benefits and programmes in place for all staff:

  • Workplace Health Programmes
  • Work-Life Harmony Programmes
  • Work-Life Support

CPF Board won the prestigious Leading HR Practices (Special Mention) in Quality Work-Life, Physical and Mental Well-being Award conferred by SHRI in Aug 2011. This award serves as a strong recognition to CPF Board's series of programmes that seek to help our staff to achieve effective quality work-life, through balancing work and personal life, so as to increase staff work satisfaction, productivity, performance and retention. It is also worth noting that we keep our staff updated of health-related issues and at the same time, provide platforms/programmes that allow our staff to have good physical and mental health.
