Our dedication to our staff's learning and development was recognised when CPF Board was conferred the People Developer Standard (PDS) Award in 2004 and re-certified in 2007. CPF Board won the Leading HR Practices in Learning and Human Capital Development Award in the prestigious Singapore HR Awards conferred by SHRI in August 2011. This award serves as a strong recognition to CPF Board's training and development programmes that allow our staff to learn, share and acquire knowledge.
